What you will be doing as Quality Inspection?
- Conducting Inspections: Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on products, components, or materials to check for defects, deviations from specifications, or non-conformities. This can involve using various tools, equipment, and testing methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Documenting and Reporting: Record and document inspection results, findings, and observations accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare inspection reports, quality assurance documentation, and non-conformance reports as needed. Communicate any identified issues or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders, such as supervisors or production teams.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control processes, standards, and procedures. Ensure that products or processes comply with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Sampling and Testing: Select samples from production lots or batches for further testing and analysis.
