JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide L1 & L 1.5 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through Phone.
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution & follow up steps.
- Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers & departments within the Client Infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident & Request Management procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualification: Graduate
- At least 8 Months to 4 years of experience in an Technical support/ Service Desk profile.
- Must posses excellent customer handling skills.
- Good comprehension and writing skills.
- Rotational shifts/Majorly evening shifts . The shift timings can be changed as per client requirement. Additionally, Resources may have to do overtime(paid) and work on weekends based on business requirements. All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Orientation/ process training and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
- Basic Technical Support skills.
