- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Job Criteria For E Commerce Associate
- Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
- Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
- Any candidate Fresher or more than six months BPO voice process would be considered.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
- Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
