1. Proficiency in clear, articulate, and professional verbal communication, with a neutral accent and the ability to handle diverse customer queries effectively.
2. and understanding of different cultures and international customer expectations to provide tailored and respectful service.
3. Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly, employing critical thinking to provide accurate solutions.
4. Flexibility in handling varying customer interactions and managing stress while maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure.


Ecommerce Customer Support :

1. Deep understanding of the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively with their inquiries and issues.
2. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, order management systems, and troubleshooting technical issues related to online shopping.
3. Ability to interact positively with customers, offering assistance and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and payments.
4. Accuracy in managing customer orders, processing returns, and ensuring that customer data and transactions are handled correctly.
