Walk-in Drive at Croma – Customer Service Desk Responsibilities

  • Resolve service requests and complaints as per the defined process, ensuring SLA adherence
  • Interaction across touch points, including service centres, brands and stores to ensure timely resolution of the complaints
  • Regular communication with customers on the status of the requests including product installations, repairs and returns
  • Daily review & follow up on complaints and resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
  • Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to the Customer Service Desk
  • Review of parameters such as Customer NPS, VOC and take necessary steps to improve on the same
