| Requirements Renewals and Invoicing Specialists: 1. Manage the renewal process for software products, including sending/monitoring renewal notifications to customers 2. Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers for software products and services In line with renewal terms 3. Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure timely renewals and accurate invoicing 4. Maintain accurate salesforce renewal opportunities, including status updates and timely closure of records 5. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies 6. Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations related to invoicing and renewals 7. Liase with Ideagen Legal dept to agree contractual terms 8. Provide support to the finance team as required. Skills Renewals and Invoicing Specialists: 1. Demonstrable experience in a finance related role 2. Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5.
