| Requirements Associate – Invoice Processing: 1. Ensure invoices/activities assigned are processed within agreed SLA / TAT 2. To meet set targets on volume and accuracy consistently 3. To closely work with internal teams in resolving the issues / errors identified 4. To support SPA/ SME in clearing the queries on time 5. To identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with SME in resolving the same 6. Good to have knowledge on financial modules of SAP 7. Ensure process training completion within training period Coordinator – Customer Interaction: 1. Supporting Order Management (O2B) -Sales Orders (SO), Dealers to Dealers transfers, Direct shipments, sample orders, Billing & Return Orders. 2. Responsible for Perfect Order -Order Accuracy, Billing Accuracy, OTIF, On-Time Delivery. 3. Ensuring timely co-ordination of customer complaints & queries 4. Corporate & Export Customer Order Management- Order, dispatch & payment co-ordination 5. Trouble shooting for all & any issues related to SAP & other digital tools with the help of IT. 6. Supporting commercial & credit team to ensure correct customer data (sold to) & authorizing ship to customers (dispatch locations). Skills Associate – Invoice Processing: 1. Graduate with specialization in finance 2. Should have minimum 1-2 years of AP experience 3. Knowledge of Excel and ERP(SAP) 4. Proficiency in data entry management 5. Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills 6. Problem-solving skills Coordinator – Customer Interaction: 1. Graduate from any field 2. 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, IT or related fields 3. Knowledge of SAP SD module and MS Office is must 4.
