Duplicate Identification Identify duplicate claims and take appropriate corrective actions. Alerts Management Read and act on alerts related to members and providers efficiently. Escalation to Calling Team Refer cases to the calling team when additional information is required. Policy Messaging Manage policy and non-policy messages effectively. Policy Analysis Interpret, analyze, and investigate policy messages using tools like Support Point, Info Site, and others. Interdepartmental Referrals Refer cases to relevant departments (HCS, TMT, Triage) post-adjudication, as needed. Cost Savings Identification Investigate claims for potential front-end savings by identifying overcharges, ineligible charges, contract compliance issues, or signs of provider or member fraud. | |||||
