1.Ability to assess candidates’ technical qualifications, either through understanding job requirements or by liaising with technical managers.

3.Ability to read resumes effectively and quickly assess a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience for the role.
4.Conducting initial screenings, understanding candidates’ experience, and evaluating whether they fit the requirements of the position.
