Walk-in Drive at Intouch CX- International Voice & Chat Process Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist international customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests through both voice and chat channels. Provide timely and accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Multilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages, as this role often involves serving a global customer base. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is often a requirement, depending on the company’s clientele.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for products or services, which may involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and call logs. Document customer issues, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality and service standards. Participate in quality assurance evaluations and training sessions to continuously improve communication, problem-solving skills, and service delivery.
