- Handle Inbound/ Outbound calls.

- Verify the documents of customers & guide the requirements.
- Verify customers details as per data protection act before sharing information
- Assist customers to resolve their issues satisfactorily
- Update customers profile in client database
- Provide resolution in the very first contact
