Monitor bucket-wise delinquencies to optimize collection efforts. 3. Soft Collection and Reminder Calls: Conduct soft collection calls and reminder calls to customers regarding EMI payments. Inform customers about due dates, payment amounts, and available payment methods to facilitate timely payments. 4. NPA Management and Cost Control: Manage Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and control the cost of collection by implementing efficient collection processes and strategies. 5. Partner Liaison for Reconciliation: Collaborate with partners for reconciliation and collection of cash/cheques from customers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments. 6. Overdue Details Management: Liaise with partners to obtain overdue details, bounce details, and mandate reject details in a timely manner. Use this information to optimize collection strategies and prioritize efforts. | |||||
