Walk-in Drive at Lenskart – Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet and engage with customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses based on their preferences and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Lenskart’s products, including various eyewear brands, frame styles, lens types, and special features, to effectively guide customers in their purchase decisions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets by proactively approaching customers, upselling products, and closing sales.
- Fitting and Adjustments: Help customers with frame fittings, ensuring a comfortable and perfect fit for their eyewear. Make necessary adjustments to frames for optimal comfort and vision.
