Job Description For Inside Sales Executive
The company is looking for an outgoing Sales Executive to assist their sales team with product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.
Roles And Responsibilities For Inside Sales Executive
The following are the role and responsibilities as Inside Sales Executive –
1. It is a calling process with minimum Daily Talk time requirement of 3+ hours.
2. You will be expected to make 120 to 150 calls on a daily basis
3. Leads are pre-generated and will be provided via the CRM
4. Understand the exact needs of the high end customers and help them understand the various online solutions and offerings
5. Sell online classified / e-Advertisement / subscriptions / web space of the website by calling pre generated leads
6. Retain & engage clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups via calls & mails
1. Graduation Mandatory
2. Excellent Communication (Good English Speaking Skills)
3. Active listening skill
4. Strong convincing skills
5. Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process (Inside Sales or Tele Calling Experience)
